"I was referred to Drake Equine Massage by my farrier. My quarterhorse gelding, the love of my life, was showing signs of stiffness in his left hip. An appointment was made and Robyn responded. It was very apparent from her initial evaluation to her willingness to share her vast knowledge of the equine anatomy that this professional is on top of her game. Within no time she had made a bond with my " very demanding and sometimes intimidating" gelding. Thanks to Robyn and her " magical massaging hands" I have a happier and healthier horse."

"I called Robyn in a jam. My 22 year old Arab gelding had just jumped a 3.6' barn gate and injured his stifle. The vet was out on a Thursday and my horse was rated a 3 out of 5 lame. She recommended I call Robyn and set an appointment at the 3-day mark of medicine administration, which was Saturday. I explained the situation and Robyn was able to fit me in on the Saturday schedule as the last appointment, which at this point was after 5:00. I followed the recommended treatment that Robyn and my vet discussed. Robyn specifically worked at reducing the cord of scar tissue around the stifle, which was hindering his stride. At his next evaluation, the vet rated him a 1 out of 5 lame in just 3 weeks time. Robyn worked on the cord of scar tissue and reduced it. I still use Robyn for maintenance. At his age and past work history, I like to keep him as comfortable as possible for pleasure riding. The massage really makes a difference in his movement and attitude. "
